What is counseling?

Counseling is a professional relationship that empowers diverse individuals, families, and groups to accomplish mental health, wellness, education, and career goals (ACA, 2014). Counseling is beneficial for individuals who are in psychological distress, have a mental health diagnosis, and whose daily living is impacted by other mental health concerns.

What is coaching?

Coaching is an action-oriented, solution-focused process that motivates individuals to achieve their personal goals. Please note that coaching is not a substitute for counseling services. In other words, coaching is not the same as counseling. Coaching does not include a mental health diagnosis and focuses on the future.

What are your fees?

Teletherapy/Online counseling:
I only accept self-pay clients. I am considered an out-of-network provider for insurance companies. However, I can provide you with a superbill for you to request reimbursement from your insurance provider. 
 
Coaching:
Via teleheath platform only. 
 
Presentations, Keynotes, & Consultations:
Depends on the request.
