Counseling

We provide individual counseling services at Transformational Counseling, Coaching, & Consulting. Our approach to counseling is culturally responsive, strength-based, and reflective. Everyone has the potential within themselves to overcome any obstacle or barrier in life. We are here to help you tap into your potential and teach you tools and strategies to reduce the impact of stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Our counseling framework at TC3 is as follows: A.S.S.E.S.S.

Assess and investigate your presenting issue and its impact on your life.
Strategize and structure sessions to best fit your counseling goals.
Skill-building phase.
Evaluate what skills are practical and what skills are not.
Strengthen skills and strategies with continued practice and process.
Summarize counseling experience with reflection and personal growth.
